On Friday, 26th September 2025, the Brooklin Claims team attended the Bolton News Business Awards at the Toughsheet Community Stadium, celebrating the achievements of leading businesses from across Bolton and Greater Manchester.
Hosted by ITV Granada’s Elaine Willcox and supported by Bolton Council, the event brought together hundreds of local organisations for an evening recognising excellence, innovation, and community impact.
It was a privilege to be recognised in the Best Customer Service category alongside other exceptional local businesses, a reflection of our team’s dedication and our ongoing commitment to supporting clients through every stage of their insurance claim journey.
The evening also recognised an incredible range of organisations making a difference across the North West. Winners included Percy Doughty (Business of the Year), Bolton Manbassadors (Heart of the Community), Bridgewater Home Care (Wellbeing Award), Bolton Wanderers in the Community (Apprenticeships, Training & Skills Award), Backup North West (Social Enterprise of the Year), and Saving Threads CIC (Environmental/Sustainability Award). Barlow Bespoke Flowers also took home Family Business of the Year, celebrating the family-run firms at the heart of Bolton’s business community.
For Brooklin, the evening was about more than awards; it was a chance to connect with peers, celebrate local resilience, and reflect on the businesses that make Bolton’s economy such a vibrant part of the wider North West.
