We have been around for quite some time, we rebranded in 2012 from Salisbury Hamer Aspden & Johnson. Total Claims Management
  • We will commence negotiations on your behalf with the insurance company adjuster as soon as we are appointed.
  • We will negotiate interim payments to help you through the financial crisis.
  • At each stage of the claim you will be notified and your agreement sought before any settlement or completion is made.
  • We will arrange a full building specification, prepare costings and agree settlement on your behalf. We will also work closely with all concerned to see the building works through to completion.
  • A specialist business interruption team will negotiate with the loss adjuster to reach an optimum settlement.
Our Standards are High And We Make Every Effort To:
  • Respond to all telephone calls within 24 hours.
  • Answer correspondence and paperwork within three working days of receipt.
  • Present the claim and schedule of loss within five working days of receipt of all necessary information.
